Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026
These terms apply to the MacSuite website (macsuite.app), the MacSuite license, and the MacSuite apps you download from this site (together, “MacSuite”). MacSuite is made by the MacSuite team(“we”, “us”). By buying a license or using the apps, you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases
Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record. Polar handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoicing, and its own terms apply to the checkout. Prices are shown at checkout and are a one-time payment unless stated otherwise.
2. The license
- A MacSuite license is personal and lets you use every MacSuite app on up to 3 Macs that you own or control.
- The license key is delivered by email after purchase. Keep it private; don't share or resell it.
- The license unlocks the direct-download versions of the apps distributed through this site. It does not apply to versions sold on the Mac App Store.
- Some apps are listed as “Coming soon”. They're included in the license when they are released. Planned features and release dates may change.
- The apps check the license with Polar from time to time and may stop working if the key is revoked (for example after a refund or chargeback) or can't be verified for an extended period.
3. Updates
We may release updates that fix bugs, change features or improve compatibility with new versions of macOS. A license includes every update we release for the MacSuite apps, and the “Coming soon” apps when they ship. If we ever charge for a future major version, we'll say so before it is released, and the versions you already have keep working with your license.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the apps or keys; circumvent licensing; or reverse engineer the apps except where the law allows it. You're responsible for how you use the apps and the content you create with them.
5. Ownership
The apps are licensed, not sold, under the End-User License Agreement. We keep all rights in the software, names and logos. Open-source components are provided under their own licenses (see Open-source licenses).
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
MacSuite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Some apps delete or modify files at your request (for example, a disk cleaner) — keep backups. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
8. Termination
If you break these terms, we may revoke your license. You can stop using MacSuite at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where MacSuite’s operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
